Compensation for unforeseen medical expenses incurred whilst on an overseas holiday
Insurance if you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseeable events outside of your control (e.g. sudden illness).
If your flight is cancelled by the Airline for operational reasons we cover the reasonable cost of meals and accommodation.
Cover if your luggage is stolen, permanently lost or accidentally damaged due to circumstances outside of your control.

Are you a frequent flyer? If you travel often for business, or have a few holidays coming up, our annual multi-trip plan could be for you. Made for globetrotters, this plan includes comprehensive cover for unlimited trips taken over 12 months.
All international plans include cover for overseas medical expenses. Depending on the plan you choose, there may also be cover available for some other Coronavirus related events. Cover is explained in detail here
Your TID policy offers cover for cancellation of your trip due to unforeseen circumstance outside of your control such as natural disasters. You need to ensure you purchased your policy before the natural disaster became a known event.
Street food is one of the best parts of visiting Asia. If you become unwell after eating from a street vendor you should contact out 24/7 Emergency Assistance team who can arrange for the necessary medical treatment on the ground. Your TID policy does offer cover for emergency medical expenses overseas.
If you are caught up and injured in a terror attack overseas, TID offers cover for emergency medical expenses. However, trip cancellation and rearrangement as a result of a terror attack is not covered by the policy.
