If you’re going to visit Bali, select Bali. If you’re visiting Indonesia but not Bali, select Indonesia. If you’re visiting both, select both.
As long as you purchased your policy prior to it being a known event, you’ll be covered for things such as the cost of rearranging or cancelling your trip, then yes you are covered for things such as cost of rearranging or cancelling your trip (whichever is the lesser of the two costs). However, if you purchase your policy after the event is known or after a travel alert is issued you are not covered for that event.
There is no additional 'extra' that you need to pay to include cover for riding a moped or scooter at time of purchasing your TID policy - it is included in the standard cover. Just keep in mind that you will need to have a valid licence that allows you ride to the same class of vehicle back in Indonesia and in your country of residence. You also need to wear a helmet at all times and the scooter can’t exceed 250cc. More details can be found here.
