How to find your policy as a member or guest online | Travel Insurance Direct (TID)
Once you have purchased a policy with TID, the next thing you’ll need to know is how to find it if you need to use it for a claim, which we hope you don’t!
If you need to find your policy, whether as a member or a guest, here are some ways of finding your documents.
As a member
Go to the TID member page. To log in, click on 'My account' at the top right of the navigation menu. Log in using your email and chosen password. This is where you will find your Certificate of Insurance, which is the document that outlines the start and end date of your policy and details of the level of cover you’ve chosen.
As a guest
If you bought your policy as a GUEST, you can still create an account with TID. If you forget your password, we can easily reset it for you. If you are having trouble finding the policy as a guest, please get in touch with us.
Visit the TID Policy Hub
You can also go to our Policy Hub where you will find the Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and the Target Market Determination (TMD) documents. The PDS contains details about the type of travel insurance you have purchased and include all the fine print, while the TMD describes who a product is appropriate for (target market), and any conditions around how the product can be distributed. In the TID Policy Hub you can also access our Domestic, International, and Annual PDS, and the current and previous TMDs.
