Yes, cover is available under your policy for the cost of reasonable additional airfares and accommodation if as a result of severe weather, you have to re arrange your holiday in Egypt.
There are certain things like emergency medical expenses that your policy offers cover for should you become a victim of a terror attack. However, things like trip cancellation or rearrangement as a result of a terror attack is not covered.
Should you become a victim of pick pocking or a mugging, along with reporting it to the local authorities you should contact our 24/7 Emergency Assistance team who can provide assistance whether it be seeking emergency medical treatment or having a passport reissued.
