What to do if my wallet has been stolen?

Unfortunately, with plenty of pick-pockets operating around airports, hotels and common tourist areas, this happens all too frequently.

Having lost cash, bank cards and your mobile phone too, you can suddenly and unexpectedly find yourself with no accommodation or anything to eat.

You need to:

  • Immediately reported the loss of your wallet to the local police and get a report
  • Contact our Emergency Assistance team
  • Provide us with contact details of family or friends who can advance you some funds.

We are unable to advance you any cash directly, although we can facilitate this on your behalf.
