You’ve done your research, assessed which Travel Insurance Direct policy suits you best - The Works, The Basics, Domestic or Annual Multi Trip – and content with the quote, the ‘travel insurance’ box on your to-do list is sorted.
So, now that you have a policy, how do you sign into your account?
When you buy a policy TID asks you to create a password.
To log in, click on 'My account' at the top right of the navigation menu.
Then all you need to do is log in using your email and chosen password.
What can I do in ‘My account’?
It’s here that you can manage your TID policy.
This is where your will find your Certificate of Insurance, the document that outlines the start and end date of your policy and other details around the level of cover you’ve opted into.
You can cancel and extend your policy within this online portal, make changes and make complaints as you see fit.
