COMPETITION PERIOD
2. The competition starts at 10:00am AEDT 11 September 2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT 28 October 2024 (“Competition Period”). All references to time are local in Sydney, Australia. All entries must be received during the Competition Period and meet other requirements in these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to win the Prize.
WHO MAY ENTER
3. This competition is open to all Australian residents, over the age of 18, who complete the competition entry form on Facebook or Instagram, which will subscribe them to the TID newsletter (if not already subscribed). An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees, immediate family members and/or household members of the promoter or its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter the competition.
ENTRANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS
4. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right not to award the Prize if the entrant fails to meet these terms.
HOW TO ENTER
5. To enter, entrants must read and agree to these Term and Conditions and complete the competition form on either Facebook or Instagram during the Competition Period. All mandatory submission form fields must be completed. Entrants will be subscribed the TID newsletter and receive marketing communications.
Entries must be in English and personal information must be owned by the entrant.
6. Entries must not: contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm, against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Any additional entries from the same person will be invalid. Entries submitted on or after 12:00am AEDT 29 October 2024 will not be accepted.
8. Entry into the competition is free. However, any costs associated with an individual entering the competition including postage fees or any fees associated with uploading content is the responsibility of the entrant.
ENTRY VERIFICATION
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
10. Three (3) winners will be drawn at random in NSW, Australia on 29 October 2024 and will be validated against these Terms & Conditions. The winners will be notified by email on between 29 October and 8 November 2024. The promoter’s decision is final. The winners will be awarded the Prize listed in Clause 11.

11. There will be three (3) prizes. Each winner will receive a $500 eGift Card by email. Total Prize value is $1500AUD.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION
12. The winner will be notified in writing via email between 29 October and 8 November 2024. If the email is returned undeliverable or no response is received within 48 hours, another winner will be drawn. No responsibility will be accepted for emails which are misdirected or end up in the spam folder. The Promoter may publish the winners’ first name in promotional materials when announcing the competition winners. The Promoter may or may not notify entrants of failure to win a Prize. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the Prize winner, however the Promoter is not responsible for contacting the winner by any other method, or for the winner not receiving notification for any reason. Entrants are responsible for providing and maintaining correct contact details. Each entrant warrants that any details provided with his/her entry are true and accurate, and the entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of this warranty. Non-winners may or may not be notified of the result by email.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunction or failure of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email or other communication network or system, including any failure of an entry to be received in whole or in part by the Promoter due to any of the above or on account of other technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or telecommunication systems, or any combination of these issues.
PRIZE DELIVERY
15. The Promoter will deliver the Prize by email to the winner’s email address within five (5) business days of the winner’s email reply to the notification of their win. If the email is returned undeliverable or there is no response is received or within 48 hours, the winner will be redrawn and another winner identified. No responsibility will be accepted for emails which are misdirected or end up in the spam folder.
16. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen Prize component once it has been emailed to the winner’s email address.
LIABILITY
