There have been a number of customers who have purchased a discounted TID travel insurance policy from us and at the time of purchase our website disclaimer presented incorrect information regarding how we calculate the discounted policy premium - we have fixed this issue.

We have communicated to our customers

We have reached out via email and text to apologise for this error and ensure that affected customers know how to reach us about this issue.

Action required from customers

Affected customers can receive a partial refund including interest in relation to the matter, by providing us with the details of the bank account safely over the phone on 1300 843 843 or by email at [email protected].

Providing refunds is a manual process and once we have these details our Finance Department will arrange the funds to return to your account within 15 business days.
