When I upload digital documents, what formats do you accept?

If you are uploading electronic copies of documents, receipts and invoices to online claims, we accept the following file formats:

For Images & Photographs

  • JPG
  • GIF
  • PNG

For documents

  • PDF (Portable Document Format; Adobe Acrobat)

*A 'File Format' refers to the way that the content of an image or a document is stored on your computer. It is determined by the three or four letters at the end of the name, the ones that follow on from the full stop.
