When I upload digital documents, what formats do you accept?

If you are uploading electronic copies of documents, receipts and invoices to online claims, we accept the following file formats:

For Images & Photographs

  • JPG
  • GIF
  • PNG

For documents

  • PDF (Portable Document Format; Adobe Acrobat)
  • Doc, Docx (Microsoft Word Document)

*A 'File Format' refers to the way that the content of an image or a document is stored on your computer. It is determined by the three or four letters at the end of the name, the ones that follow on from the full stop. The one most people are familiar with is '.doc' or '.docx' - which is the standard file format for Microsoft Word documents.

Keep in mind the file size limit is 5mb per document.
