Policy cancellation & refund request

Your travel plans may have been disrupted by COVID-19 and we recognise you may be unable to travel, or have no reason to travel, in the future and may wish to cancel your policy.

Before you decide to cancel, please make sure you consider the existing value under the policy, including for example any pre-trip cancellation cover you may have. The extent of cover afforded will depend upon both the policy wording and the individual facts and circumstances of the traveller.

Once you have submitted the form there is no further action required and we appreciate your patience in our response during this time of unprecedented global events. We are experiencing large volumes of requests due to coronavirus (COVID-19) and are doing our best to support all of our customers as soon as we can.

We will be unable to refund to your original credit card so we ask that you please provide your bank account details so we can deposit your refund as an electronic funds transfer.
