Policy cancellation & refund request

We recognise you may be unable to travel due to a coronavirus related travel ban, which impacts you after the cooling-off period has expired. If you are unable to travel due to a coronavirus related travel ban, and you haven't used and don't intend to use your policy to travel or claim, you are also eligible to obtain a refund.

Before you decide to cancel your policy and get a refund, please consider the implications and any existing value under the policy, including any pre-trip cancellation cover you may have.

Once submitted and reviewed, eligible customers will receive a confirmation of credit the request to cancel.

Please answer the following questions on behalf of all travellers listed on your policy.

We will be unable to refund to your original credit card so we ask that you please provide your bank account details so we can deposit your refund as an electronic funds transfer.
