Basic Travel Insurance FAQs
Travellers under the age of 75 at the time the Certificate of Insurance is issued can get cover on a Basic Travel Insurance policy, provided they also meet our other eligibility criteria (read the PDS before purchasing).
Our Basic Travel Insurance covers just the essentials. We don’t offer the option to add extra cover for snow sports, adventure activities, cruises, cancellation or higher value items. Our Basic plan also doesn’t cover pre-existing medical conditions.
