Public Place - definition

A "public place" means any place that the public has access to including, but not limited to, planes, trains, cruise ships, taxis, buses, air or bus terminals, stations, wharves, streets, museums, galleries, hotels, hostels, dormitories and other shared accommodation (unless it is a private, locked room occupied only by you and/or your travelling party), foyers, grounds and common areas, campgrounds, beaches, restaurants, cafes, private car parks, public toilets and general access areas.
