How do I log into Tripwise?

If you're a TID policyholder

The first time you open Tripwise, click the "Login" button and log in with the email address and password you used when purchasing your policy. Tripwise will then display the information synchronised to your policy.

Non-policyholders

If you'd like to try-before-you-buy and get immediate access to the content, just choose "Sign up" and give us a few details to help select the relevant information. Policyholders get expanded and exclusive content, but guests still get access to most features.

What happens if I bought my policy as a guest?

Yes, we've thought of that! Upgrade from a guest to create an account first, and then log in with these details.
