With TID Travel Money Card, you don’t need to visit the bank or even call a customer service number. You can manage your TID Travel Money Card completely online or access your account from TID’s travel app, Tripwise.
If you’re on the road and don’t have access to a computer, you can access your account from your mobile with TID’s travel app, Tripwise. Sync your Tripwise app to gain access to your TID Travel Money Card account.
First things first, you need to activate your card at tid.com.au/activate and register your account. Access ‘My Account’ to see your PIN and make sure you keep it somewhere safe. You can use your online account to load your card, select your currencies, view your balance or check your activity statement.
Use your online account to pre-load your card using BPAY or Bank Transfer. Don’t forget you can select one, or multiple currencies from the 10 currencies available on TID Travel Money Card. If you run out of funds while you’re travelling, simply use Tripwise or your online account to top up your funds.
