It contains new information under Safety and Security: Crime (violent clashes in Rio de Janeiro), Natural Disasters, Severe Weather and Climate (flooding and landslides) and under Where to Get Help (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro Tourist Police). The overall level of the advice has not changed.
