I used TID for the first time in 2006 after doing a lot of research on other sites. TID is the most competitive, easy to use web site and the policy is explained in wording that I understand and has no "jargon". It offers peace of mind and value for money as well as being underwritten by Allianz (a name to be trusted). I worked in travel insurance industry for 5 years - this policy is great value for money and the web site was easy to use. Extra information was easily found in pull down areas, and comprehensive coverage for basic medical conditions was a winner for me. Could not believe the difference in premium from travel agent recommended - half the price! Highly recommended! Easy to use, and cover provided excellent.
